Shipping Policy
At Verra, we ensure every order is handled with care and dispatched promptly. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery times and shipping to your region.
Germany Standard delivery within Germany takes 2–4 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment is on its way.
European Union We ship across the European Union with an estimated delivery window of 3–7 business days, depending on your location and local carrier performance. Remote or rural addresses may occasionally fall outside this estimate.
Order Processing All orders are subject to a processing period before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a separate shipping notification once your parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. We recommend using this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you experience any issues with your tracking information, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
